What is Glogster?

Glogster is an online interactive poster making tool.  It can be used by students or teachers to present information in a beautifully visual and engaging way.  Students can demonstrate their learning by creating a glog to present information; teachers can present content to students using text, images, video and audio.  

Glogster is an easy to learn tool - mastering the basics takes about 10 minutes!

Logging into Glogster

LOGGING INTO YOUR GLOGSTER ACCOUNT

1.  Go to edu.glogster.com/login/  

2.   Login to Glogster:

STUDENTS:
**2014 6th Graders AND New students: Nickname 
btsFirstInitialLastInitialBirthdate(MMDDYYYY)

**Other WAMS Students:
Nickname WAFirstNameLastInitialLast4DigitsStudentID


Password
=Student ID

Example:  Nickname=btsJS07232004  OR WALaurenS1234

You will then be on your Glogster Dashboard page where you can access all of your glogs and Glogster features. 

There are several TABS across your dashboard.  By default you are on the Glog Tab where you can see all of the glogs you have made.

CREATING A NEW GLOG

1.     Click on the green button CREATE A NEW GLOG on your Dashboard

 OR

2.     Click on Projects Tab, and click on the template Glog for your project (your teacher will tell you which one.) Then click the CREATE A GLOG FOR THIS PROJECT button.
