Aryan: used in Nazism to designate a supposed master race of non-Jewish Caucasians usually having Nordic features
Communism: a way of organizing a society in which the government owns the things that are used to make and transport products (such as land, oil, factories, ships, etc.) and there is no privately owned property
Putsch: a secretly plotted and suddenly executed attempt to overthrow a government

8. Read the quote below: This quote from Mein Kampf was significant because it indicated a new approach by Hitler to gain power after his failed violent coup and prison time.
"When I resume active work it will be necessary to pursue a new policy. Instead of working to achieve power by an armed coup, we shaft have to hold our noses and enter the Reichstag against the Catholic and Marxist deputies. If outvoting them takes longer than out-shooting them, at least the result will be guaranteed by their own constitution. Sooner or later we shall have a majority--and after that, Germany."

If you have access to it, take a look at our library copy of Hitler's Mein Kampf. Notice how it seems like any other published book, and yet it inspired the horrific events of Hitler's reign as Fuhrer and the Holocaust.
